Judith’s Better Business Brigade – Abundant Business Mentoring for 2010/11

This Spring, I am launching two new affordable business mentoring programmes in May 2010 which will run in parallel. The two programmes offer some shared and some unique content and all you have to do is decide which one you will participate in based on your available resources (money and time), where you are on your entrepreneur’s journey and your personal desired outcomes.

The different outcomes are as follows, choose 1 or 2, let’s decide which is right for you right now:

1. Successfully Self-Employed. This means that we travel together to a place where you are content in your solopreneurship, supported, motivated and relaxed, because you are able consistently to bring in enough money every month to cover your bills so you can STOP worrying about money. You are in Financial Integrity. This is Level One, Base Camp.

2. Level Two is to become an Effortless Business Owner. This is where you don’t need to turn up to work every day because you have a team (or virtual team) of people who take care of different aspects of your business. You work on the business, you take time off and you are building a business asset. This is a Wealth Creation strategy. It’s our ultimate goal – a business which works without us. Hooray!

Your time in the Better Business Brigade at either level is modular, there are 10 themes. With my help, you will be invited to score yourself at the outset on each of the individual modules so that we can tailor-make the programme to suit your needs. We will then work together through your personal units in the order that you choose with the emphasis you need and at your own pace. You will neither be required to keep up or slow down. You drive.

Induction Audit - Planning and Goal setting - First things first in either programme
Money – Financial Integrity and beyond to lots and lots of lovely guilt-free profits
Marketing – The Perpetual Challenge – Learn to love and master marketing once and for all
Mindset – Are you in The Zone for success? Busting limiting beliefs and gaining confidence that small business stardom really is possible for you
Focus and Time Management – Pick your Big Idea, stick with it to the exclusion of all else for the duration of the BBB programme and discover how to manage yourself better, creating new and efficient habits
Your Business Model and Exit Strategy – Why do we need either of those? Where’s the money in your business?
Extreme Self-Care and Outsourcing – Taking care of you & attracting and affording the right help, releasing more time for you and (re)creating the freedom which was the reason why you became self-employed in the first place
Measurement – We know that what you measure increases so how will you choose to measure your own success? How will you know when you’ve “made it”?
Manifestation – Woo Woo and how and why I believe it accelerates your success; playing with the magic
Your Own Here – This is where you get to play your Wild Card and get more of what you need or something completely different.

So, now that you know what I want you to learn and master, how is it delivered?

Induction: We start with an In-depth Telephone Consultation one-to-one in which we decide on the shape and speed of your individual programme and start to work on your goals which you will then be invited to share when introducing yourself in the private group forum*
Live group telephone dial-in 60-minute Business Surgeries (teleseminars) - come to as many or as few as you prioritise in your diary, Q & A format “How do I…?”
*Better Business Brigade Private Online Groups (one for Level One and another for Level Two) for support, feedback, advice and accountablity; online access to a community of your peers
Weekly Accountability Reporting – in public and/or private – making sure you are on track and if not, why not
Call-in days where I am available for you to enjoy additional extra 1-2-1 requests for time and help. During your induction call we will make sure there is space for you, according to your own schedule, but these will generally take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and some Fridays, all during office hours. There will be a limited additional allocation for evenings/Saturday mornings in Level One for those not out of the day job – yet!

When Does the Programme Start?

May 2010. There are additional bonuses for booking and paying (or commencing instalments) in April and you can start at any time between May and July 2010 . The programme works on a rolling basis, thus:

May 2010 to April 2011 – Mentoring will be available in May to July, September to November and January to April or June 2010 to May 2011 or finally July 2010 to June 2011. Note: We have August and December off.

Important Notes:

Places must be limited in either group to ensure sufficient time for individual attention.
You are making one purchasing decision to join the Level One or Level two programme. If you decide to take the instalment option (which is made available for your cashflow purposes only), you will be required to make all 12 payments even if you decide to drop out. In those circumstances, a credit of your unused portion may be carried forward as business mentoring to be taken outside the programme at prevailing higher 1-2-1 rates.
It you start at either level and want to switch during the year to the other level, you may do so and I might recommend it too once we begin working together.

Provided that you show up to everything to which you are entitled, which I have carefully crafted in a bespoke coaching and mentoring programme tailored to your own needs, and do the work- you WILL end up in a measurably better place in your self-employment or small business or I will refund your money in full with no questions asked.
If we don’t get on or don’t “gel” or you don’t enjoy my rather bossy, direct but loving and humorous style, then you may drop out at any time within the first 3 months. But remember, this must be due to my non-performance or failure to match your style requirements not to your change of heart. If you simply change your mind, you will still be required to pay in full having decided to join. I may, however, credit you with mentoring to the equivalent value at prevailing higher 1-2-1 rates, so either way you will receive stonking value for money and return on your investment, so far as that’s within my power.
