The Numbers Are in Your Body

Most days I get the chance to work with clients and their numbers. Heaven, for a former accountant. How much shall I charge for my eBook, Judith? What do you think clients will pay me for my service? How much am I worth? I’m wise to them now. I ask them what they think they are worth, what the price should be, having already asked them enough information to have an answer in my own mind. I know what it’s worth, what they can charge. I want to know what they think. They say they don’t know. I push them. […]

Money, Abundance And Prosperity

One of the recurring themes which comes up when I talk with clients, colleagues, other self-employed folks and friends is money. Or rather fear about lack of it i.e. scarcity.  I am sure this resonates with most readers. How do you keep yourself in an upbeat place about money when you know you’ve not got enough coming in, or you are worried about debt or cash flow struggles and impending difficult decisions about what bills to pay? When I go through a bout of this myself, here are some of the things I do which make a difference. I can’t […]

Tapping Your Worries Away

My clients are worriers. So am I. We worry about everything, nothing is too big or too small for us to worry about. What is fascinating is how expert we become when advising others about how to stop worrying, often on the very thing we worry about ourselves. A little bit of distance is informative. What do you worry about? Lack of money? Not knowing enough? Not having enough time? Doing it all yourself? That the mountain seems too big to climb all by yourself? About your children, your partner, your parents, yourself? How to charge for your services? What other people […]

The Soul2Soul Listening Project: Report Week 4

Soul Chat #22 L is a live-in carer who described herself as having lived a gypsy life and being of no fixed abode. She talked of her daredevil streak and we shared the stuff she loves in her downtime. L was one of several people who told me how much they are enjoying the Barefoot Doctor’s Sunday Satsangs and I managed to sign up just in time for the final one this coming weekend. I particularly like the sound of his rose gold breathing. Another gift. Soul Chat #23 J debated ease -v- pain, how to be light and yin […]

Why Don’t We Do What We Know To Do?

Gentle Reader, bear with me. I’m just thinking aloud on this one. I don’t know the answer and I’m hoping you do?   I’m sure we all do at some level and perhaps not too deeply buried at that. Last night I was pondering my day, going over in my mind the emails I had received from people wanting advice and support. And I noticed a bit of a theme linking them all.   It seemed to me that many of my correspondents already knew what to do, and in some instances it was even an easy thing to do. They just […]

My 5 Top Wealth & Abundance Resources

Even though I am supposed to be on my gap year, I am somewhat in limbo while I wait to tidy up one last 2010 project which is dragging on a bit.   So between sudokus, crosswords, movies and Kindle ebooks, I have been doing my favourite thing – helping people. This week, after a flurry of emails with someone I had never met before who had heard me on the Wealth Solutions webinar series with the Barefoot Doctor, I finally got to the place where I felt I wanted to share my five top wealth and abundance resources with her, […]

Gorgeous August

I was just meditating this morning on what a lucky girl I am. I took August off as ever and although I intended to do lots of things online including blogging and Twittering and sending out a newsletter, I haven't done much of that in the end but I have done lots of other lovely things, extreme self-care, fun and all sorts. Forgive me if I share my abundance with you today on this our first day back "at school"!
