Balance: Little Word, Big Deal

Lots of conversations with my clients this week have been about achieving balance while self-employed, working for yourself and having a life too. Introvert, Moi? How I Accidentally Discovered My Inner Entrepreneur

One definition for the expression “navel-gazing” is “excessive introspection, self-absorption or concentration on a single issue”.
