Inspired Action

A couple of incidences recently have brought to the forefront of my mind thoughts of inspired action. What I think of as inspired action is when a genius idea occurs to me (all ideas are genius by the way). It might be in the shower, or on a drive, or in a dream or waking from sleep. And I have an idea, it could be quite tiny, in fact it probably will be, but inspired action is when you act on it. Have the idea. Do it. Even if it seems ridiculous or you don’t understand why you are being […]

Launching The MORE Mastermind with Victoria Casebourne

I’ve been talking for sometime about a couple of joint ventures I’ve been co-crafting, and finally I am able to go live and announce that I am happy to be working in a project called The MORE Mastermind with its creator, Victoria Casebourne. Victoria and I met via a Facebook group. She’s a mum with two small children and she was already pretty much sold on the idea of working school hours in term time only. And I’ve been saying for sometime that I wanted to work fewer hours too, why should it be only mums who get that? She […]

Miracles Report: Week One

No sooner had I decided that 2015 would be my year of miracles than I was overwhelmed with miraculous happenings and manifestations all around me. Even as I was collecting together this week’s miracles last night to share with you today, I received an email I wasn’t supposed to see since I don’t do emails after 6 p.m. anymore you know. But somehow, accidentally, I had Outlook open. The first recording session for our podcast in 2015 was on New Year’s Eve and I told Nicola that my word of the week was miracles. I told her it was also my word of the year. […]

The Vibe: Little Miracles Get Bigger Every Day

I know some of my readers, family and friends think I’m as mad as a box of frogs with all my talk of woo woo but, like everything else I believe in my life, the more I practise it, the better my results. And the more it becomes my truth, the more I come to regard it as a reliable tool I can use to fix almost anything. Yesterday, yet more evidence showed up in my life and I love evidence because it encourages more believers. A woman I know quite well booked herself into my online diary during the […]

The Greatest Gift

This week I fell in love with my coaching business all over again. What can I tell you? It happens. To what do I attribute this? At the moment I think it may have something to do with Marianne Williamson’s book The Law of Divine Compensation: On Work, Money and Miracles but I’ll let you know as I go on with the book if I’m on the money with my theory. Earlier in the week I saw and shared this quote on Facebook. I have always believed that the greatest gift I can give someone is my time, my attention, […]

TFTD15: I Know Nothing Else But Miracles by Walt Whitman

“As for me, I know nothing else but miracles, Whether I walk the streets of Manhattan, Or dart my sight over the roofs of houses toward the sky, Or wade with naked feet along the beach just in the edge of the water, Or stand under the trees in the woods, Or talk by day with any one I love, Or sleep in bed at night with any one I love, Or watch honey bees busy around the hive of a summer forenoon… Or the wonderfulness of the sundown, Or of stars shining so quiet and bright, Or the exquisite […]

Choices: What I Am Learning From My August Clients

I’ve been offering myself during August on a new and experimental basis, allowing clients to book themselves into my diary in what is normally my holiday month. 30 minutes on Skype so we can reconnect and I can help them work out a financial issue or two. Some recurring themes have turned up and here’s what I’ve been learning from my clients, for which learning I am very grateful to you all. Thank  you. What a lot of us have in common right now is how to find a way to express ourselves ever more authentically through our work.  All […]
