Young Entrepreneurs and Bold Achievers in North London

Action Jackson and his lovely peeps in Holloway

Last night I went up to Holloway at the invitation of Action Jackson to talk to his group of young people who are Bold Achievers, at their monthly Raise Your Game meeting. They are a Mastermind team, keeping each other accountable to their goals each month and the meeting starts with celebrating high points and acknowledging lows. Jackson and Junior have achieved a very nice family feel to the meetings. All are welcome and everyone is very polite, encouraging and supportive to each other. It was a joy to talk to these enthusiastic up-and-coming success stories in the making. They [...]

The only way not to think about money is to have a great deal of it. Edith Wharton. Being rich is having money; being wealthy is having time. Margaret Bonnano. [...]

The Money Gym

I keep meaning to look up the precise date I discovered the Money Gym. It was way back in 2003, I think. The Money Gym taught me how to do both, make myself wealthy while helping others to do the same which for me is nothing short of heaven on earth. In 2005, Nicola Cairncross, who is the founder of the Money Gym, [...]

An Entrepreneur’s Alphabet: M is for Money

"Money's nothing; its just a way of keeping score" is a favourite quote of mine attributed to all and sundry, including Trump. It doesnt matter who said it, and you can imagine it tripping lightly off the tongue of someone who has plenty of it, can't you?

Goals -v- Projects: Three Important Business Questions

Michael Neill is described by Paul McKenna as being “the finest success coach in the world today”. I remember being ambivalent about the word “success” when I first started in coaching but Michael has always written about it eloquently. In fact, Michael was my own success coach in 2006 and we worked together for a whole year – A WHOLE YEAR – on getting me out of my day job. Why did that take so long? In a word, duty. In two words, misplaced duty. It’s a long story for another day. Recently Michael wrote to me and sent me [...]
