Just Start

Here’s one of my favourite exchanges, so far, in the Coaching Zone on the 30DC. I should tell you I have cut out about 99% of the coaching which went before, but here are the best bits. “Dear Client, Just start is my message. Start to do the things you’ve always wanted to do and stop judging yourself. There’s my blog post for today right there, so thanks for that! Love Judith x” “Dear Judith, a) you are a genius b) I really proper love you! thank youxx”

Your Wild and Precious 30 Days

If you could take 30 days for yourself, what would you do with them? Here’s a clue… it’s only a month. If you live for three score years and ten and, frankly, I hope and expect you will live for a lot longer, then one month is 0.12% of your life. Nothing. Nada. Zip. The World Cup lasts longer and for us non footie fans that might feel like a life sentence. So, what are you going to do with your thirty days? That’s the question we are asking the 250+ participants in the 30DC where we are up to […]

Do It Anyway: Irena’s Credo

I am indebted to my client, Irena, who yesterday morning helped me and my Small Business Big Magic group to a valuable realisation about ourselves. Irena said that she didn’t feel like getting up. But she did it anyway, because she has 400 butterflies to create for an art installation on Friday 13th June. [She’s an artist.] And another lady on the call shared what her difficulties were too, and I mine, but we all agreed we would simply Do It Anyway. Because if it wasn’t this, our respective difficulty of choice, it would be something else. And that’s precisely it, […]

Labels Schmabels

I suggest to my clients that it would be useful for our work together if I knew their Wealth Dynamics Profile. But I don’t make it compulsory because it’s going to set them back another $97 on top of what they are already paying me. It’s nice to have. It can be a useful guide. We can work out why some tasks are easy as pie and some feel like pushing uphill. Using their profile, I can help them find their flow. As it happens, I am a Creator. Thanks for asking. I am also an INFJ in Myers Briggs. A 7 […]

Be Careful What You Wish For

Day #2 of the 30DC and a right old turn up for the books. Half way through the morning, The Big U taps me on the shoulder from behind and says “Catch yourself on, Judith. Look what you are doing.”   I won’t say my blood ran cold, but an involuntary OMG fell from my lips very definitely as I realised I’d only gone and manifested what I’d cosmic ordered just before Christmas. Let me explain. A while back, towards the end of last year, I had this thought which I shared with those close to me. What I want, […]

Entrepreneurs: Learning to Trust Yourself

Yesterday was Day #1 of the 30 Day Challenge, let’s just call it 30DC now, shall we, since I will be blogging on this topic every day throughout June and I must, perforce, keep them short in view of the fact that I am already putting in an extra six hours a day as it is. And anyway, you’ll know what I’m talking about already, won’t you? My plan is just to take one thought from each 30DC day and share it here, for the value of us all, and here’s today’s thought: Learn to trust yourself. Whilst I can […]

Logic -v- Desire for Entrepreneurs

Yesterday was the first day of the Screw Work Let’s Play 30 Day Challenge. OK, doors officially open today but the early adopters and keenies and girly swots are allowed in early. And I spoke to one and worked online with a whole lot more and they were all deciding what they would focus on for 30 days straight, always a challenge for yer basic entrepreneur. Ideas R us. As with my own clients, the decision is always between what we think we ought to do, the sensible thing which we erroneously believe we have to do, however much of […]
