Magic: 31 Days of Abundance, Day 15

Magic. That’s another thing I’ve got plenty of. I’d like even more of it. It’s why my strapline is Money-Making Magic for Enlightened Entrepreneurs. It’s the ethos I use when working with my clients and for those who get the magic, it really accelerates their progress. Some are naturals at it. We are at least mostly of one mind; perhaps kindred spirits is a better way to say that. We prefer intentions to goals, allowing to forcing, and we love all things magic and manifestation. We’re up for an experiment or two, to see how it goes. And, of course, […]

AbundanceFest: How to Get More Abundance into Your Life

Today I am very excited to let you know about AbundanceFest, my own personal JM summer festival minus the music and the mud! My clients in Club 100 are coming for their annual summer party on Saturday 9th August and my party planner, Lady Penelope, persuaded me to go for a marquee, just in case the Great British Weather lets us down, or maybe just to keep the sun off the freckly ones. She’s an Aussie you see, that might explain her encouragement towards tentage. Doesn’t she know about us Brits and our brave propensity for a rainy BBQ? Either way, […]

More About Playing Cashflow 101

Doing the tidying up after Friday’s Cashflow 101 game in The Abundance Shed, packing away the money and rats and cheeses, pondering players’ dreams and their different learning styles, I find myself wondering about my facilitation style. I think I am pretty gifted at it, sorry to be so immodest, but I think you know when you are been doing something for a very long time whether or not you are any good at that. To what do I attribute that? You cannot play the game as well as teach and be the banker, there is just too much going […]

Teaching Cashflow 101: The Single Most Powerful Thing I Do

After a decade of business and wealth coaching, I have long been convinced that a day spent teaching Rich Dad’s game, Cashflow 101, is the single most powerful thing I can do for my clients. Intellectual and emotional shifts are visible within one exhausting yet exhilarating day. Yesterday was such a day as six members of my Club 100 came to enjoy the free Cashflow day which is included in their membership. Thanks to Sue Okell, Susie Jones, Soozi Baggs, Sam Dounis, Karen Revell and Diane Leigh for making it a great day in for me; a great day in […]

What Can We Learn From Playing Games?

My best friend from school, Leslie Scott, invented Jenga.   You have probably played it, you will almost certainly have heard about it.   I was Leslie’s accountant and you can read that story in Leslie’s book called About Jenga. Leslie loves games.   Generally, I hate them but we don’t let it spoil our friendship! I do love Jenga obviously, its fun.   And another one of hers is Ex Libris and I enjoy this even more and its for you especially if you love books and words.   Check out Leslie’s Oxford Games site for Ex Libris. Educationalists would, I am sure, tell me about […]

Q & A About Affirmations, Debt, Abundant Vibes, Blessings and Deserving

What positive affirmations have the most impact on beliefs? The ones you practise everyday and specifically the ones you believe in, the ones which feel “real” to you. If you find yourself saying “yeah, right” then it isn’t going to work so easily as the ones you can align yourself. Work up to the “harder” ones in due course. I like Sandy Forster’s Wildly Wealthy Fast affirmations and her book of the same name. You can listen to them at this link and that page links to another where I have typed them up for you if you prefer to read […]

Wanted: 5 Players To Become Cashflow Masterminds in London

Every month I play Rich Dad’s Cashflow 101 game. This game is financially life-changing, there is no other way to describe it. It’s a learning tool which changes the way you behave with money and teaches you how to invest, how to evaluate deals and business opportunities, how to calculate ROI (return on investment) and how to get out of the Rat Race. It’s also emotionally life-changing because, as you start to get more confident with the maths and get that aspect under your belt, you start to notice your emotions where money is concerned too. Cashflow 101 reveals to […]

What’s The Best Way To Do A Simple Budget?

Get your hands on a copy of your bank statements for say the last three to six months. Analyse what you spent your money on starting with standing orders, direct debits and other types of spending from cash, to retail therapy to fun. Put this information into columns on a spreadsheet or just on an ordinary piece of paper if you prefer not to use Excel. Check your overheads first of all, especially those which are compulsory. There’s no way round paying for your rent/mortgage, electricity, gas, water, council tax, service charges (if you live in a flat) and the […]

How Can I Learn To Be Grateful For What I’ve Got?

Last night I was lucky enough to be invited to guest on a webinar for Sue Okell of LifeChangeSecrets.com answering questions about the practical matters of abundance and flow and what I like to call the more woo woo or esoteric aspects. Here’s my favourite question of the night and my answer. How can I learn to be grateful for what I’ve got, rather than focusing on what I don’t have? This is the million dollar question. And blissfully not only is the answer easy but it is the answer to all the other questions which concern getting into flow, […]

Q & A About Mindset, Abundance and The Morality of More

Can your partner unknowingly (or knowingly) be sabotaging your ability to attract abundance? Yes, but only to the extent that you permit that to happen. Start with awareness. Notice what your partner says and how it affects you, how it makes you feel. Just because they believe X and give importance to that, doesn’t mean you have to. Start by separating finances into joint and several (ours/yours/mine) and do with yours something which improves your own circumstances and relationship with money and attracting abundance. Ask your partner to stop doing whatever it is that is negatively affecting or sabotaging you. […]
