Going Low Carb

On 6th December I wrote a post on Facebook as follows: You won’t be surprised to know that within 48 hours it generated engagement (Likes, Loves, Wows) from 82 people and counting, and comments from twenty more, several of whom said they had been experimenting with it themselves.
