From Rachel: “Fabulous intuitive mentoring session with @JudithMorgan – she’s brilliant!!!” From Madeleine: “Judith is clear thinking, patient, always positive, a fantastic motivator and full of great ideas. She breaks down what seems like an overwhelming task into manageable chunks which makes them seem easy and achievable. I’m on a natural high after talking to Judith and feel like I can achieve anything. Without Judith my dreams would still be just that instead of the wonderful reality that is slowly emerging right now. I’m excited, enjoying myself and it doesn’t feel like work at all. I don’t want it to stop!” […]
Thrifty Thoughts
I posted on the Money Gym forum today about thrift. Having spent a month with lots of American snowbirds during December, I noticed their thrifty habits, no doubt designed to eek out their scant pensions and make them go further in the slightly cheaper, definitely warmer Caribbean. I notice that they order dinner, eat half and take the other half home for another meal, tomorrow? And I notice that they care about every dollar, taking a bag where a box would have cost them that dollar. And this is just how it should be, but its not how I instinctively […]
The Money Gym
I keep meaning to look up the precise date I discovered the Money Gym. It was way back in 2003, I think. Although I had been an accountant since 1977, and already sold my accountancy business of 20 years, I hadn’t learned how to make myself rich focussing, as I had been, on helping other people with their money. The Money Gym taught me how to do both, make myself wealthy while helping others to do the same which for me is nothing short of heaven on earth. In 2005, Nicola Cairncross, who is the founder of the Money Gym, […]
Gorgeous August
I was just meditating this morning on what a lucky girl I am. I took August off as ever and although I intended to do lots of things online including blogging and Twittering and sending out a newsletter, I haven't done much of that in the end but I have done lots of other lovely things, extreme self-care, fun and all sorts. Forgive me if I share my abundance with you today on this our first day back "at school"!
August Off (Not): My Summer List of Good Intentions
But...it's just that a whole month off work is such an opportunity to get lots of (personal) work done. Go figure. Sadly, I havent got the time for that sort of navel-gazing, there's work to be done around here!
An Entrepreneur’s Alphabet: M is for Money
"Money's nothing; its just a way of keeping score" is a favourite quote of mine attributed to all and sundry, including Trump. It doesnt matter who said it, and you can imagine it tripping lightly off the tongue of someone who has plenty of it, can't you?
An Entrepreneur’s Alphabet: G is for Gratitude
So today I am grateful for what's shaping up to be a brilliant British summer - even if it's just confined to this week, I have roses blooming outside my front door in the sunshine, yay!
An Entrepreneur’s Alphabet: D is for Dreams
I wish I could hang around here talking dreams all night, but frankly a girl's gotta go off and do some visualising, some snoozing and some dreaming
An Entrepreneur’s Alphabet: A is for Abundance
Goals -v- Projects: Three Important Business Questions
Michael Neill is described by Paul McKenna as being “the finest success coach in the world today”. I remember being ambivalent about the word “success” when I first started in coaching but Michael has always written about it eloquently. In fact, Michael was my own success coach in 2006 and we worked together for a whole year – A WHOLE YEAR – on getting me out of my day job. Why did that take so long? In a word, duty. In two words, misplaced duty. It’s a long story for another day. Recently Michael wrote to me and sent me […]
