Step Away from the Machine

I notice that I get increasingly good results in my day-to-day goings on if I step away from the machine altogether from time to time. My natural inclination is to sit over the steaming laptop during every waking moment, dotting Is, crossing Ts, keeping on top of emails and controlling, controlling, controlling. If there were room for another Fat Controller in the world, I would be she, no audition required, my record speaks for itself. Trust: 31 Days of Abundance, Day Twenty Seven

On Wednesday I had a day out with les girls. Here’s what happened. K left her home without her purse and yet magically turned up at the venue, despite having no money and no credit cards. I bought her lunch and a post-gig drink. R left home without the tickets or the joining instructions, but magically turned up at the venue having bumped into someone at the station who looked like they were going to the same place (!). The Soul2Soul Listening Project: Report Week 3

Soul Chat #17 R is a woman who releases in a rush of tears. When I send her the recording afterwards and she listens to her own wisdom, she gives herself permission to do less and switch off more, noticing that she has been receiving universal nudges to do precisely this.
